I recently purchased three torches, three different types to suit purpose. All three not only meet my requirements but exceed them in all requirements.
I am retired police officer and during my service used various types of torches under very trying conditions.
I wish these had been available at the time of my service.
Absolutely great value for money and extremely good quality.
I have been telling all my friends and relatives.
Perhaps Hi-Beam should contact NSW Police and give them a look at your products.

Very good work light. Very good general purpose light. For walking I would prefer the beam was more concentrated.
